REALISATION OF SURPLUS ASSETS

The Brakpan and East Dagga plants contain substantial amounts of plant, equipment and land surplus to the requirements of Mintails.

The company has already received expressions of interest from outside parties in elements of plant, equipment and residual land which are excess to the needs of the company. As part of the construction process of WERGO, surplus assets will be realized, which could provide additional cashflow.
